INGREDIENTS
 
 
 
  • 2 lbs. of Fillet Of Fish (about 1 3/4 inches thick)
  • 1 Lemon (sliced in rounds) (for garnishing)
  • 1 Onion (sliced in rounds)
  • 2 tsp. of Fennel Seeds (Sounf)
  • 3 tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Peppers (to taste)
  • Aluminum Paper (for wrapping)
  • Green Fennel Leaves (for garnishing)


DIRECTIONS
 
 
Wash and clean fillet of fish with dry a cloth. Rub olive oil on fish with a brush or with hand on both side of fish and put on alumunium foil.

 Layer on top with onion & two lemon slices and sprinkle salt & pepper and fennel seeds. Wrap the foil around fish and put it on a hot B.B.Q grill and cook on high until both sides are cooked.

 Garnish with lemon slice and green fennel leaves.
