Seekh kebab


1/2 kg beef mince
2 onions crushed
8-10 green chillies paste
8-10 red chilli (whole)
2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
2 tsp papaya paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala powder
oil as required
handful of coriander and mint leaves


Grind and mix all the ingredients together with beef mince. Marinate this mixture for 10-15 minutes. Arrange the kebab on skewers on low charcoal fire. While on the fire, keep brushing the kebab with oil or ghee. Serve with nans and chutney.
