Coconut Milk Kheer

Ingredients

5 cups coconut milk
1 cup boiled milk
½ cup sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp rice
10 crushed almonds
5 crushed pistachios

Method of Preparation

1. Boil the coconut milk.
2. Add the rice and let it cook.
3. Add the boiled milk.
4. When the mixture is semi-solid, add the sugar and wait till it dissolves.
5. Add the almonds and pistachios.
6. Serve hot.
